What are your store hours?
Open daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, briefly closes for lunch, then reopens from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Is parking available at the store?
Yes — ample, convenient parking is available. We also have rolling carts to help you transport bottles to your vehicle.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. A small fee applies to card transactions. Cash is always welcome.
Can I fill my own bottles at the store?
Absolutely. Bring any clean bottle from 20 oz to 5 gallons. Each faucet at our self-service water bar features a positive affirmation — "Peace," "Patience," "Loyalty" — because we believe the intention behind your water matters.
Do I need to bring my own bottles?
You can bring your own or purchase eco-friendly reusable bottles in-store, ranging from 20 oz to 5-gallon sizes.
Can I fill my water bottles when the store is closed?
Yes! Our 24/7 window-mounted self-fill station accepts coins and cash, so you're never without access to great water.
Is the store wheelchair accessible?
Yes, fully wheelchair accessible with compliant doors. Staff assistance is always available.
Can I bring kids to the store?
